NTx Expands Commercial and Operational Teams to Accelerate Growth

(NTx), a life sciences company enabling novel pharmaceutical RNA and protein development and production, today announced the expansion of its team with the appointments of Sheila Moran as Chief Commercial Officer, Phillip Easton, Ph.D. as Vice President of IT Infrastructure and Operations, and Lily Pisani as Senior Director of Customer Excellence.

Sheila Moran, CCO, brings over 30 years of sales and business development experience in the healthcare and life sciences industries to Nature’s Toolbox. She most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Solution Sales at Sema4, where she led and directed sales, customer, and clinical support activities, including the establishment of commercial sales operations for the company’s genomic testing and data business. She delivered double-digit growth every quarter for over three years achieving more than 300% growth in the testing footprint in women’s health and oncology. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Dell Healthcare and Life Sciences, and IBM Healthcare and Life Sciences.

Phillip Easton, Ph.D., VP of IT Infrastructure and Operations, brings over 30 years of IT services and business development leadership experience to help implement NTx’s IT strategy and operations. He most recently served as the Head of IT Services at Sema4, where he developed and implemented a company-wide IT strategy to support on-site and remote users and lab pipelines. During his time there, he was able to optimize resources and polices to realize $2M cost avoidance annually in technical expenses. Prior to Sema4, Phillip was a Business Development Manager at Dell Healthcare and Life Sciences where he developed solutions that resulted in $10 million in new hardware and software sales annually. Earlier in his career, he also worked in technical solutions for IBM Healthcare and Life Sciences.

Lily Pisani, Sr. Director of Customer Excellence, will oversee NTx’s sales and marketing strategies. She also comes to Nature’s Toolbox from Sema4, where she began as a Marketing Manager specializing in events. She worked her way up to the role of REI Regional Business Director, NY and NJ for the company’s women’s health portfolio, successfully maintaining and growing the second largest sales number in the country across all divisions. Lily has a proven track record of expanding startups’ brand recognition and has been recognized throughout her career for her ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns, build strong relationships with customers, and drive revenue growth. Prior to Sema4, Lily held various marketing roles at CooperSurgical where she organized and executed customer events and managed logistics for CooperSurgical’s global tradeshow presence.
