Patrick Harrington

Patrick Harrington is an investor at Anzu Partners specializing in valuations, financial analysis, structured products, and complex transactions. He brings 11+ years of experience in the venture ecosystem to the firm. 

Prior to joining Anzu, Patrick was a Technical Manager at Carta on the Corporate Valuations team responsible for new product offerings, platform strategy, and private company valuations. Before Carta, Patrick was a Manager at Silicon Valley Bank focusing on research, valuation and advisory engagements, and mezzanine finance. 

Patrick holds a B.S. in Finance from Fordham University.
