Sonal Naik

Sonal Naik is an Investment Director at Anzu Partners based in San Diego.

In this role, she will be responsible for diligence, industry landscaping and portfolio support across Anzu’s portfolios. She began working in genomics over a decade ago, working as a government contractor (with DoD) and testing next generation sequencing technologies, then as a core director for a genomics core at UCSD. She then moved in the commercial world. where she has worked for Illumina. 10x Genomics. and Scale Bio. a single-cell focused startup.

Sonal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Texas and a Master of Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University.
